Discount Policy: In order to receive one of our discounts, please be sure to print a copy from our "Discount Coupons" page and give to the groomer upon their arrival. No discounts can be given without the coupon.
Proof of current rabies vaccination is required at the time of groom. If you do not have the rabies certificate readily available we will be happy to contact your veterinarian for verification.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule. If no notice is provided and we show up onsite there will be a $25.00 trip charge.
Payment: At this time we accept cash, check or Visa/Mastercard as payment. Any check returned will be subject to a $30 NSF fee in addition to the grooming fee for returned checks and payment in cash will be needed as form of payment immediately.
Client Agreement and Release of Liability
Customer releases Hound’z Of Hollywood, its agents, officers, sub-contractors, and employees from any and all liabilities, financial, and otherwise, for injuries to Customer, Customer's pet, or any other property of Customer, which arise in any way from services and/or products provided by or as a consequence of Customer's association with Hound’z Of Hollywood including, but not limited to, veterinarian bills.
Customer assumes all liabilities, financial and otherwise, for the behavior and health of their pet. In consideration of the services rendered by Hound’z Of Hollywood, Customer waives any and all claims, actions, or demands of any nature, foreseen or unforeseen, against Hound’z Of Hollywood relating to the care, control, health, and/or safety of Customer's pet arising during services performed by Hound’z Of Hollywood.
Customer understands that Hound’z Of Hollywood has the right to refuse service to Customer's pet at any time for any reason. Customer understands that if their pet has a history of or repeatedly demonstrates aggression or biting of humans or animals, Hound’z Of Hollywood reserves the right to refuse service. Customer also understands that all bites will be reported to the local authorities as required by law.
Customer must be the legal owner of the pet. The pet must not have been exposed to distemper, rabies, or parvovirus within the past thirty (30) days and has been inoculated as indicated by records presented.
